The best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr Anna and Dr Georgia H helped me with my complex cosmetic dentistry case, making sure that we didn’t settle until it was completely perfect. The whole clinic made me feel so safe and welcome, and every experience throughout the journey was a positive one. After struggling with a lot of dental anxiety and being supported every session I now feel much calmer in the chair. Would highly recommend this dentist clinic and I will happily keep driving over an hour each way to come back for my checkups, because the service is worth it.

This was the most enjoyable dental visit I have had here in Australia.The team here is friendly, professional, proactive and patient. Everything was explained to me. I felt that I was heard. I was given options and estimates on the work that had to be done. Everything was delivered with a smile. I am so glad a friend recommended Mermaid Smiles. It's going to become my permanent dentist. Every interaction with all staff at this clinic was professional, seamless and so very kind. Anna is an incredible human and her compassion and professionalism is so evident throughout the entire time you are with her. She took the time to explain the procedure, answer all questions and then perform what was needed so beautifully. When you need a dentist - don’t think twice. Made the process so smooth for my dental needs, and everyone has been incredibly helpful, understanding and lovely - shoutout to the amazing reception staff who are so incredibly kind and supportive. Coming in as a new patient I was amazed by how welcoming and supportive the environment was. I appreciated how accommodating everyone was when I was specifically needing an after hours appt due to my schedule. The care that was provided was also second to none — thank you for being so attentive and amazing with everything. Not to mention the location and ambience is like walking into a beautiful safe haven 🥰 definitely mermaid vibes, the name and location is very fitting Overall, my dentist Dr Georgia C. communicated and provided care so thoughtfully and amazingly, and I genuinely believe anyone is in such good hands with her. Would highly recommend Mermaid Smiles for anyone who is looking for the place for their next dental appt! 🤎🙌

The best dentist on the Gold Coast! 10/10 service from the moment you walk inside. The girls are so delightful, If you are afraid of going to the dentist then this is where you need to go! I had my first experience as a new client at this dental clinic. As someone who has recently developed severe anxiety due to some recently bad dental procedures in my regular clinic, I was very hesitant at first. I was assured this clinic was the best for someone like myself and my expectations were exceeded. I was offered, kindness, patience and reassurance through the whole process. The dentist not only made me feel comfortable but kept me updated and gave me choices throughout the process. I can safely say that Mermaid Smiles will now be my regular dental practice and I highly recommend anyone to them. The job they did is outstanding and I am looking forward to returning Thank you for such a wonderful experience and job!

I was scared of going to the dentist. Not anymore Georgia and the team were just amazing. The practice is professional and welcoming. Georgia explained everything in a comforting way that made me feel at ease. Removed the offending tooth quickly, with little fuss and provided fantastic aftercare advice. I couldn’t have asked for better service and could not recommend them highly enough.

The entire team here is warm and friendly. After my first visit (check-up & discussion about fixing an onlay done very poorly by a previous dentist) I left and told my partner that it's as though everyone who works there, actually wants to be there. The smiles are genuine and so is the care. I don't say this lightly. My previous dental clinic (that looked all fancy) shattered my trust in dentists. When I told the dentist that I still felt pain when he was drilling, he questioned me as though I was imagining it. I was left with an onlay that felt like a brick in my mouth for 3 years. There was no care or acknowledgement that it was the wrong fit and should be remade. After my first visit with Mermaid smiles, I felt I was in safe hands with Dr. Charleston and entrusted her to remove the previous onlay and fix it for me. This had always been a problematic tooth for me and left very sensitive after anyone worked on it. Not only did she fix the onlay perfectly, my tooth was not even sensitive in the slightest. Her attention to detail is next level and I am so appreciative of the care she showed to make this right for me. Thank you to the entire team for providing quality of service and a calm space.

Mermaid Smiles was recommended to me after I was told I needed 2 back crowns. I’m 75 and have never in my life had a good experience at the many dentists I have attended over the years. I have a severe gag reflex, which only increases my anxiety. From the moment I walked through the door I was made welcome and comfortable. Dr. Grace examined me and gave me options, and after conferring with Dr. Anna, I was given a plan to have my treatment with "happy gas" and acupuncture……it was all done in a few hours, with absolutely no pain, and the empathy and care given by Dr. Anna and the lovely assistant Ruby was second to none. Every step was explained carefully and I can honestly say I walked out of this delightful practice with a renewed faith in dentists. Thank you to the lovely Mermaid Smiles team.
